Shipping:
Delivery times will vary depending on your destination. As most of our Accessories and Grooming Products are made in different parts of the globe.
We use a range of courier and air mail services, depending on your location. All orders will have a tracking number which will be emailed to you by our shipping providers once the order has been picked up. We keep tracking number so we are able to follow up your order if you did not receive an update. Before you contact us for a tracking number check your emails junk folder. Orders are sent off within 24 - 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

Returns Policy:
– You can return your online purchase for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. Please email our customer service team on info@beardbattalion.com.au before posting any returns. The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
– You can refund your purchase if you change your mind or don’t like the scent as long as product was purchased less than 14 days Prior, is unused and in saleable condition.
– We will refund any items with manufacturing faults that are returned in original packaging.
– We do not refund items that have been used or open.
– You’ll need to send us your original invoice along with the item in its original condition.
